Our free 12-month program aims to enrich the lives of young men in need of a positive male role model

Fill Out a Mentee Application
The Mentee Application helps us choose the best mentor based on the mentee's interests and needs. Mentees and Mentors will be paired together for 12-months, throughout the entirety of the program.

Attend the 3-day Inaugural Camp
The Inaugural L.A.U.N.C.H Camp is August 11-13, 2021. The 3-day camp will include catered lunches, field day events, prizes, seminars, and an overview of the overall program.

Attend Mentee Events Each Month
Throughout the 12-month program, there will be 2-3 events each month for mentees and mentors. Events include spectating professional sports, white water rafting, community service, cooking classes, and so much more!

Graduate from L.A.U.N.C.H
After a mentee completes the 12-month program, he will graduate to become a L.A.U.N.C.H Ambassador!

Become a L.A.U.N.C.H Ambassador
A L.A.U.N.C.H Graduate will utilize the values learned in year 1, and expand and grow through skill based events. We will have 1 event a month for 12 months, which will focus on giving our young men the skills needed for every day life.

Become a L.A.U.N.C.H Graduate
After a mentee completes the 12 months as a Graduate, he will move into our final stage as a L.A.U.N.C.H Ambassador. The mentee now becomes the peer mentor. There is no time limit as an Ambassador.

Junior Mentee Program
12-month event-based group mentoring program. These events are paired with
value-based lessons that are designed to build connections, increase emotional competence,
empathy, motivation, accountability, and lay foundation for resilience and a growth.

Graduate from L.A.U.N.C.H
After a mentee completes the 12-month program, he will receive his graduation diploma to become a L.A.U.N.C.H Graduate!

Graduate Mentee Program
12-month Project-based group mentoring program. These projects provide training in practical life skills and community engagement in order to inspire responsibility, self-worth,
compassion, resilience, develop goal setting, and enhance confidence and positive potential in life.

Become a L.A.U.N.C.H Ambassador
Ongoing mentoring support that is available until the mentee is 20 years old. This program provides leadership, volunteer, resource, and ambassador opportunities that increase social capital strengthening,
personal, and developmental growth.
